Create Stunning Yacht Itineraries
Yacht charter software for building stunning guest itineraries, crew profiles, menus, spa bookings and room service in one branded platform.
Yacht charter itineraries, built in minutes
Guest Trip is a complete itinerary platform for yachts and charter operations. Crew build a day-by-day programme with real sea routes, verified locations, photography and rich descriptions, then publish it to guests as a private, branded website that works on any phone, tablet or television on board. Every change the crew makes is reflected instantly, so the guests always read the current plan rather than an out-of-date PDF.
One platform for the whole charter
Alongside the itinerary, guests can browse crew profiles, food and beverage menus, wine lists, spa treatments, room service, water toys and yacht information, and can request a treatment, order to their cabin or call for service. Requests reach the right crew member by email or WhatsApp, with an approval workflow so the interior and deck teams stay in control of what is confirmed.
Planning tools designed for crew
Itineraries can be generated with AI from an embarkation port, cruising area and guest preferences, then refined by hand. Sea routing calculates realistic passages around land, showing distance in nautical miles and passage time at the vessel's cruising speed. Interactive charts, weather overlays, optional live vessel tracking, curated destination photography and reusable templates all shorten the work of preparing a new charter.
Presented in your own brand
Choose from a range of presentation themes, add the yacht's or company's logo and colours, and publish on your own custom domain so the guest experience reads as your brand rather than ours. Access is protected by a private link and PIN, guest data is isolated per organisation, and itineraries can be exported as printed brochures or emailed with calendar invitations.
Who uses Guest Trip
Captains, chief stewardesses, pursers, charter brokers and fleet managers use Guest Trip to prepare and present charters across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Pacific and beyond. Plans start with a 30-day free trial, with no set-up work required on board.
